“Whatever our souls are made of,
his and mine are the same.”
- Emily Bronte, "Wuthering Heights"-
Years ago, I blogged about EVERYTHING. Now, in the beautiful realm of my "new normal," I don't have the luxury of "free time" to write as often as I used to. Now, I write when I am so compelled to write, that I can't keep myself FROM writing. And when I am so compelled, I ACHE to write...and the aching doesn't cease until I am able to do so. And so, although my entries are less frequent, they are much less "fluff" than they used to be...and focus on the GEMS in my life. My gems, the very treasures and miracles that give me great purpose for living, are my angel babies, my family, my sweet friends, my life lessons and blessings, a loving God and my precious personal Savior Jesus Christ and other miracles that God has brought into my life. The man you see above is one of those great miracles that I am aching to write about. This is a hectic time of year for a single mama (especially for my photography business) ....and so, I have only had moments here and there to jot down notes for what will hopefully soon develop into a tribute to this great man. Hoping to find time over this beautiful Christmas holiday to spend a few hours and devote my precious time to a blog entry in his honor. Until then, I couldn't help but post just a brief note and a photo to share how full my heart is with love and gratitude for this miracle of a man that I am aching to write about....

While I understand your reason for the infrequecy of writing on your blog. I would hardly call the way you used to more often write as "fluff." No matter how small and simple, or crazy huge the moment is/was... none of it was "fluff." It was/is important to you. That's all that matters.
So happy for you.
